Housing Market Statistics - Quarter 3 2019 The third quarter of 2019 continued to be a strong one for the Windsor and Essex County real estate market, especially for residential properties. The region experienced a Year to Date increase of 14.27% in the average sales price, an increase of 9.14% in total sales and a 13.36% increase in total listings. With continued interest in Windsor-Essex real estate from both local and out-of-town buyers, the local real estate market is expected to remain strong.
Housing Market Statistics - Quarter 2 2019 The second quarter of 2019, has been another strong quarter for the Real Estate Market in Essex Count Especially the Residential Sector. We experienced Year To Date 14.27% increase in average prices, although Total sales are up 5.54%. We did see a substantial 14.04% increase in total listings. The Third Quarter is presenting itself as another strong quarter for Essex County. We are still experiencing an influx of investors from out of town as well as people moving to our region, as we are still one on the most affordable areas to live and raise a family.
